Build a calender script

For my buisness I am looking for a calendar script. Something like the picture.
In the calendar, there will be important dates based on a mysql table:
SELECT
bk_boekingen_naam,
bk_boekingen_datum,
bk_boekingen_einddatum
FROM
bk_boekingen_versie3
bk_boekingen_naam = name project
bk_boekingen_datum = start date
bk_boekingen_einddatum = end date
Also a new table will be made for extra important dates, like 1 time appointments and recurring appointments
Every type of appointment should have his own colour.

I realy have no idea, how many time it would take to make this. So please let me know how many hours you will need for this job and how much it will cost.
I need the html, css and php script.
