Build a Website

We started a project but unfortunately haven't had the time to finish it at the moment. It is supposed to be a project that will be done in many steps and we need someone to complete the first steps which is allowing people to register and had their CV to a database and provide some statistics. Further steps later will include creating an online exam platform. In case of good implementation quality and good communication, the next parts will also be given in time needed. For the skills, we need someone who has experience in PHP and MySQL, they will need to use the design we already started with and he will have to have knowledge of the Twilio platform. Everything will have to be managed through functions and the database operations will have to be made using MeekroDB ([login to view URL]) As it is a simple project, at least for the first step, no bid of more than 50 USD will be accepted as it is a job that can be done in a couple of hours for someone stilled enough.
