Build Software Platform for Marketer - Web Scraping, Deep Internet Research and Email Validation

I need 3 separate software applications built in separate projects, then one final project to merge them into one software application. Will be selling the software with annual subscriptions and they need to be able to scrap and process up to 50 contacts on Linkedin or [login to view URL] before having to pay the annual fee. 1) Data mining on social platforms & B2B contact sites like [login to view URL] a. We will be working on [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] where they will be getting contacts first name, last name, company name, address (NOT EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER) 2) Deep web research for contact information like [login to view URL] a. Then this process will perform deep web searches for the contact information of the person, PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS 3) Email validation or verification software for each contact like [login to view URL] a. Once the contact email is found, it is sent into a validation system to find out if it is safe to email in a campaign or not. It will be hosted at AWS, the marketing site will be the .com and the application site for access via the web will be .net or .us. There needs to be an admin portal where I managed the annual or monthly subscriptions, change the price, alert users with messages, manage trail versions and track IP addresses/locations of each users log on. The platform has to be simple so someone who is not technical can easily access and use without support. It will need to be able to connect with other applications such as a CRM and it must produce Excel files after the validation point to the end user. Must have relevant work on Free Lancer with projects ranging in the size of what I am posting to be considered.
