Automatic Daily Draw plugin for wordpress - open to bidding

I need a system whereby the daily draw result will be shown in a widget with countdown timer to next draw and also amount of the prize. Would like to include how many had won the prize and how many had claimed the prize as well. Note: (1) The amount of prize is set and any unclaimed prize will be brought forward to next draw. (2) Claim button will appear if you are the winner (only login visitors) (3) Once visitor enter the claim button... the amount will automatically updated into the point system. (visitor can check the amount in "my account" dashboard. (4) in my account dashboard... there is a redeem now button. user can redeem the points into real cash by sending a custom email to us. However, the redeem now button only can be activated when the point exceed a certain value. (5) leaderboard shows who has the top points etc... (6) recent winners.... recent widget shows the recent number for the lottery that won.... I wish to build something similar to this [login to view URL]
