Adding buttons for uploading image

Adding more than 4 images is enabled already, therefore the only part that is needed is to add buttons.
Right now 1 buttons permits to add multiple photos
But we need 4 buttons, and each to add 1 photo.
1. There will be 4 buttons visible
2. below there will be a line 'More photos' hiding field for adding 4 more photos
3. Once clicked whole line it will disclose the fields below.
4. Text 'More Photos' will be replaced with 'Less photos' permitting to hide bottom 4 buttons.
5. arrow at the end of the line will rotate once clicked. initially pointing down, once clicked will rotate and point up.
6. Remove the text "Registered listing owners should include a picture which shows a clear registration plate."
