Add a couple of features and make adjustments to existing wordpress real estate theme

I have a pre-existing wordpress theme. I need adjustments done to it as well as a couple of features added to make it better. Features: 1. monthly subscription option for submissions 2. limited featured submissions to be included with monthly subscription 3. an option for me to allow a certain amount of free submissions for new users 3. it currently only has the option for properly for sale. I need renting to be added as well. The person submitting should be able to pick between a monthly rate or per sq rate. 4. users should be able to save properties and view them on a dashboard 5. upload images should have a lightbox or something so you can view the full sized image. 6. I would like not to have to add every single city in the backend of wordpress for people to search. So if theres a way to grab citys, states and zipcode information google maps api. That will be good 7. update the paypal intergration to look better, possibly the popup box paypal payment page that stays on the site will be good. 8. add stripe credit card intergration Adjustments: 1. the home page doesn't have a register, login button so those should be added For adjustments that's about it for now, I might have more later but most likely minor stuff. There is no deadline on this project, there is only the fact that I need know these changes can be done.
