Add Custom Section in Wordpress Page

I'm looking for a simple solution to add different sections into different pages of a Wordpress site with the Listable theme. Here is the Listable demo: [login to view URL] As you can see on the front page the part where it says Stay, Eat & Drink, Visit, Shop. In the template admin area I can define which of those to display simply by adding the slug for the category or any taxonomy slug. So I want to be able to insert the exact same but in any Wordpress page, and not just the front page. For someone who knows Wordpress well (php required) this should be quite simple and fast to do. I will be available for any questions and I can provide exact instructions so there will be no doubt about anything. I know exactly what I want and can communicate it well.
