ASAP-Need script or proc to trigger ADD in one database from transaction in different database

I would like to get this working tonight. I have a web-based application that uses Wordpress as part of the UI. This application has 2 databases hosted on the same server. One database is for the application (APP DB), the other is the Wordpress database (WP DB). Some automated transactions in APP DB need to create new user records in WP DB. I understand that there are multiple WP tables that are affected. I have a good understanding of the tables and mappings required. I need someone who can help me initially with an approach and assistance with a method of getting the initial script working. Once we have a functioning script, I believe I can finish adding the additional code necessary to add the incremental data to complete the user record in WP from APP DB. This may be as simple as a few minutes of your time to work with me to get the script working - I can send you what I have so far. Thanks!
