wordpress publishing tool(repost)

I need a php based script (or set of scripts) that will allow me to take information from a mysql database (not a blog) on one domain that I own and publish it to my Wordpress blog on another domain that I own. The script needs to have an admin area that allows me to manage/control which data gets extracted from the mysql database and what categories that data will be published into on the blog. It will allow me to set up 'projects' that pull different data from the mysql database and publish it to different categories of the blog. The publishing should also be able to be automated via CRON jobs. I have a demonstration of basically what I need done that you can view for a very clear explanation. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
