SEO and web promotion

Need a one page design. A very clean but eye catching website that will promote a product. I am looking for an SEO campaign and web promotion for my website. I would like to host one of free websites but I will get my domain pointed to it shortly. My keywords are: Will only release to my final bidder I would expect the developer to optimise my Meta tags AND Content for every text based page on the site. -This Include Meta crawler tags Google XML Site Map Bog and Ping Techniques Links strategies Directories index Google ranks Yahoo ranks Forum And... Others optimizations I would then expect them to submit to the major UK directories including MSN, Yahoo and Google. And also Link Popularity Must is in top 20 links of Yahoo, Google and MSN. I would require a ranking report on the improvements that have been made at the end of the project before marking it as complete. I would also expect a report on the increase in visitors coming to my site. I need a designer who can really be creative and produce work that is stunning but also professional. Send in all examples of work please...looking for serious people only who can do the work and communicate everyday... At the end of the project the website MUST achieve a top page ranking on [login to view URL] for at least 5 sets of keywords for the project to be deemed complete.
