SKILLS YOU NEED TO HAVE:
script installation
website design
graphic design
xml (data feeds creation)
php prog.
work everyday, 7 days week, 2 hours per day, 4 hours weekend
total: 60 hours week and 32 hours weekend
You should have good experience installing, debuggind and improving scripts such as aedating, phpfreelancers, phpprobid and others.
If you are missing only one or two of the skills you can bid but let me know what are the skills you are missing.

I only have two requirements:
1) No impossibles
You must be one of of those guys (or girls) that never say "oh...that is impossible"
And do you know why? Because i will never ask you to do something that has never been done in other sites. So if it is done, it is possible:)
So you should be one of those guys that says something like this: "..ok, so these are the options....bla..bla"
2)Reliable and honest
I reached to a stage in my contracter work life that i dont support freelancers that are not honest and, most of all, that are not reliable.
If you agree with me a deadline, you should deliver in terms even if you cant sleep the night before.
If you are interested in having always work requests (i manage lots of sites), and if you agree with those 2 simple requirements, than i would like to work with you.
All first projects will be done via gaf. In about one year from now, in case we have established a good business relationship, we can start working without the use of gaf.
PAYMENT POLICY:
I never pay in advance. Never. Experience has proven me that would be a bad policy. However i am always available to escrow the money or at least part of the money. And since project guidelines will always be online, there is no problem for you: if you accomplish those guidelines, gaf escrow services surely send you the escrowed money.
In case you dont accomplish, i will just report that to gaf and you dont receive your money.
These 2 requirements and the payment policy have been good to me altought they have a consequence:
For a few years that i search for good freelancers and until now i only have one good and reliable php coder, and a web-designer.
I would like to have another php coder, so if after reading this boring project you think you have what it takes, please do not hesitate to contact me.
