I have installed Kayako eSupport on my server and configured email piping but noticed a issue about it. Most of my customers use Big5(Traditional Chinese) encoding instead of UTF-8 or ISO for thier outgoing mails, but Kayako eSupport uses UTF-8 to save / display tickets.. in this situation, I'm unable to view tickets because content will be garbled.
I need someone can fix this problem for me. If you don't have confidence on fixing please DO NOT BID.
