Flash Based Audio & Video Mixer Studio

This is a flash based studio application for creation and modifcation of content (Pictures, Digital Art, Rintones, and Videos) Pictures: Application should be able to: 1. Modify existing pictures(add effects) 2. Capture a picture from a webcam and: a. Add effects on the fly. See [login to view URL] b. Add effects after the picture is captured. We already have the code for the picture capture functionality. Digital Art: Application is a simple whiteboard app. See whiteboard at [login to view URL] Ringtones: Application is a clone of just the flash audio mixer from livetone.com. No other functionality from the site is needed. You can access the mixer at: [login to view URL] Exact same functionality is needed with drag and drop capabilities of different sound tracks. Audio tracks will be provided. Also need additional functionality of being able to recognize and record off a PC microphone, save and add as a track. We already have the flash based audio recording capability. Videos: Application should be able to capture and record live video and add effects to the video. We already have the ability to capture and record the video. Video effects are all that is needed. Once content is created or modified, it should able to be saved and interfaced via XML. Flash studio will be integrated along side a "Flash Store" ,content management flash app, we already have created. Spec to flash store will be provided under seperate cover. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash 8, XML to interface with backend in C# .NET 2.0.
