I need a few simple adjustments made to my existing wordpress site's theme.

these are the tasks...
on [url removed, login to view]:
add text area and dotted line above thumbnails.
this text area could be widget? or, simply the category description (needs to display html though! need to include a link and bold text)
each category will have different text.
on [url removed, login to view]
color the background of the contact form 7 a very light grey.
move the send button over to the margin
add dotted line above prev next thumbs
increase size of thumbs, and eliminate titles from fwd next plugin
rollover on thumbs is same function as rollover for thumbs on rest of website.
fix the pinterest link - stuck on wrong link. hard coded?? not sure.
change the link color to red and bold.
Heading tags:
the H1 H2 tags are not recognizable on my site. they are defined in the template files, but it is missing some little thing... small coding error somewhere. when i test my site on [url removed, login to view] or other site testers, I have 0 h1 tags and 0 h2 tags. please review the coding and find the error.
small mobile template fixes too... phase 2?
