Are you an experienced wordpress developer?
You must have experience with:
1. CSS / HTML / PHP / Wordpress Theme Programming
2. WP Plugin development
3. WP Admin Control options in theme
4. WP Admin Panel Graphic Design
So basically I have a Photoshop Theme PSD Design already, so all you need to do is the following >>>
Step 1. Convert the PSD Theme to a Wordpress Compatible Theme (mockup details attached)
Step 2. Build a WP Admin Control Panel Like the following example so users can edit the theme with ease :

What features does this WP Control Panel Need to Have?
* You can see all the features of the theme (see attached picture)
Samples : Please submit samples of Wordpress Themes showing the original unedited template and the actual wordpress converted site with Admin Panels. Bidding without doing so will be ignored.
Rights: I own intellectual copyrights and resale rights to this projects and you agree to this before bidding on the project. This means it cannot be added to a public portfolio, resold, etc. All links within the theme must have our company brand.
Plugins used within the theme; must be allowed to be part of a commercial license, so do not use any plugins that you do not have rights to as I will go over the code as a programmer myself.
Payment: Once the work is done and working, I will pay you. I need to see all the work as you are doing it and I need to be updated on it. Only when the product is 100% finished, all the money will be released from escrow. You can see my feedback that I pay fast and on time.
Turnaround time: I need this as soon as possible once started; possibly within 7 days or less. Please only bid after you have communicated with me on the PMB and you agree with the turnaround time.
Any bids w/o communication thru PMB will be ignored. Please send me a private message showing me your previous work - the more demos the better.
Also place the keyword "Steamroller" at the top of your application so I know you actually read this and can sift through the applications fast.
