Am currently looking for someone to either design or install for me a yellow pages script which will make it possible for my users to add listing, edit listing, search site by business name, city, state or by phone number. To have a look at such sites please view the link below:-

The yellow pages site in question will aim to serve the Nigerian community and in other to thrive in my service area I will need the script to beat the functionality of that of the already existing competitors in Nigeria as detailed in the link below:-

Most importantly the script must have a functionality which allows the admin to download all directory information in form of pdf via the back end. It should also have the functionality where on selection by the admin, users will be required to pay for certain search results before their search information will be displayed to them.
I am happy to hear from any freelancer who either has a ready made script that meets the listed specification above or thinks he or she can design one for me at an affordable price.
