Website Project

Hello! I need a project done. sum up everything I want you turn a wordpress tumblog theme to have the same features has a blogging site -Tumblr. Users have their own blog. To post a blog it must be at the front end. It must show who they "Follow" and show their blogs on their page. Categories. Be able to hide other blogs and be able to delete/edit their blog. Block people. Be able like other blogs. Basically that is the main features but there may be little other ones that i cant remember, so bare in mind i may ask for them. You would need to be able: Good at coding. Can use Joomla & Wordpress. Can solve problems. Understand Tumblr and other blogging sites. Bonus: Good price. Good at Graphic design.
