Project Description: Webdevelopment Responsive Parallax 1page
Scope: webdevelopment CDR (all corel draw files) to responsive parallax 1page (4 different screens) by implementing correct coding practice, which ensures exact look for website every device (desktop/taptop/tablet) and browser irrespective of the screen size.
Background: 1page website will be integrated with magento webpages by a third party, freelancer needs to be aware of that for development. We want a different mobile webpage because in order to meet different functionalities (mobile webpage not in scope).
For homepage (1page responsive parallax with 4 pages):
- Desktop to Tablets: as per design deliverables issued by employer.
- Mobile: out of scope
- website Retina / HiDPI ready
Create two versions of the image and upload both to the hosting server. The larger image, with more pixels, will be shown to visitors using Retina / HiDPI displays and the smaller image will be shown to visitors using regular displays.
- Throughout 1page/homepage: parallax effect to achieve more depth (images sliding with different speed but still have their fixed position when page is fully visible/loaded). Also we need some images on fixed positions with different effect (like rotating / tilting).
- you will optimize web images to achieve fast loading and minimize server load (rendering)
- Google fonts integrated
Delivered by employer:
What we have now is Corel Draw Files 1900x1100px background which are sliced images for parallax / different effects. Of course we're always open for suggestions from freelancer that will benefit to the design.
Also consider the transitions of pages/slider will need some image morphing, we highly need professional input / information / advice from developer.
We can/will provide additional images if/when required.
Benchmark for responsive design:
- for desktop/tablets you will use emulator to prove design is responsive: [url removed, login to view]
This concerns Desktop and Tablet section (Tablet section incl. Rotate Screen function).
Technical and functional experts will audit homepage on following qualifications:
- responsive design (benchmark emulator)
- website is backwards compliant because browsers improve
- standards compliant clean code, check if any non compliant and/or bloated code is used
- rendering of pages
You will test website at professional level, to ensure minimum efforts for inhouse experts to test and approve.
Unless otherwise adviced by freelancer the design consist of 3 different layers:
1. Sticky/nav. menu on rleft side of screen / social media (left bottom corner) and shop icons (right top corner). These features will stay in fixed position (with effect shake/rotate/turn) and visible with page scroll,
2. Images which represent the parallax / different effects,
3. background images (1page will consist out of 4 different backgrounds/pages with parallax effect).
For freelancers who are bidding following terms and conditions apply:
– proven experience in web development with responsive parallax retina-ready websites incl. portfolio and working links to reference webites. You will also specify what was developed by you. We will not respond in case this condition is not met when bidding.
– consult employer on improving UI and technical development,
– we will work with 1 milstone: design, test, fix bugs and deliver 1page responsive parallax retina-ready website
– accept audit from third party and agree to make changes according reasonable comments/advice.
– last but not least, when bidding please give us a clear understanding of project breakdown. Wwe want to know what and when you will deliver each part of the job.

– Only freelancers with at least 25 succesfull projects in webdevelopment and minimum 85% completion rate will be considered by employer.
– You are at least 9 hours per day available online to discuss matters.
