Supermarket Food Review & health System

Hi, I'm looking for someone who can produce a review script for me. I wish to have a custom one where users can review different food from supermarkets in the uk. When the food item is listed I also wish to have a box where I can input supermarkets it can be brought and with a price. This is just to start with. I then in the future want a health meter to be installed so each item can be given a healthy rating so people know how healthy the food item is.

I want the design to be based on the web 2.0 look. Please let me know what you can do.
