Real Estate Word Press Web Site Design that is also responsive

We are a Real Estate Brokerage Company based in Florida. We have a Home Page Design that is 75% complete. We just lost our designer and we are looking for a Word Press Designer that has a specialty in Real Estate Web design to finish the website for us. Time is of the essence for us as we need to get our site up and running ASAP. Candidate MUST have experience in Real Estate Web site design and functionality and be able to complete this project very quickly. We can omit some of the features that we want to have our web site perform if it will cause an untimely delay. We can add specifics over time. The most critical components are map based property searches, designed for organic SEO, high level of CRM, and ability to easily add additonal domains and make minor changes to the template very easily. The ideal candidate for us would also be a highly talented IT specialist that could continue in the role of an IT consultant. Communication will be essential so candidate must be fluent in English. The following are some of the particulars we are looking for: • Wordpress. Genesis framework • Responsive Design for both Android and Apple • We will be adding multiple domains to the site • We will be adding international domains to the site • Google translate tool on Home Page to translate text to multiple languages. • We will be primarily using a map based property search function. • We will be using Diverse Solutions dsSearch Agent as our IDX provider. • Must be able to customize the map based search function to work with our custom mapping system • Home Page will include a Facebook Application • YouTube video greeting on Home Page • Utilize the best word press plugins for real estate • Integrate Top Producer CRM • Social Media support and integration
