Real Estate website - Properties parsing - Google MAP API

What we have a real estate website already running. It's mlsmapcr(.)com. The website currently read only direct .kml feeds. This project is 3 parts: 1 - PARSING and importing all properties data from kml and xml feeds We need a parser to import all the 13 feeds currently on the map (feeds are all in .kml) in a DB structure. We also need to parse Google Map Real estate layer for Costa Rican properties and also craiglist Costa rica real estate ([login to view URL]) and also ([login to view URL]) for the rental option in the filter. What I require is the expertise to develop a system where everythingthe XML files are parsed into MySql or suitable database. Parsing should be done automatically every day to import new properties and update older. 2- ADD FILTER TO DISPLAY ON THE MAP Properties need to be categorised to allow search very similar to housingmaps(.)com. Need to add generic search parameters on top of the map, which is property type, price low and high and location. Also SALES or RENT category should be added. Again, something very similar to filters on top of housingmaps(.)com. The actual map (google map api) should work dynamically and show properties related to the parameters in the filter. The current script display only direct kml file. You need to display the properties directly from the DB, based on the filter. Instead of sending the visitor directly to the external real estate website, our website should open a popup on our website to display the property information. 3- CMS and WEBSITE The actual website is just 3 html page. We need a good CMS script to be able to create a physical page for every imported properties. We are open to suggestions about the CMS (drupal, jombla, etc) who can be used. We are also willing to purchase a good real estate script if you have a good script you already work with in the past and if you think the final product will be much better. Please shows us similar projects you worked on before and don't hesitate to suggest any idea to get that done in a good way. Thanks
