Hello, I need a web desinger good with php and graphic design to re-design home page of clients website site, site is live but needs a fresh look, it's a very straight forward job but you must be good for us to choose you, so please pmb me some of your most recent job. Please make sure you put a reasonable bid amount on job as client is on a tight budget. Also note that job is straight forward.
As website is needed very urgent, we would need the winner of th project to be available to start on Tuesday, and be available to chat before they commence work.
