I need a simple database loaded and operating using MySQL and preferably PHP. The database needs to operate within the framework of the pages set-up currently under GownGuide.com. This site is not functional yet. Only the skin has been created. Open source processes must be used so no license will be required. There needs to be 4 access levels: Administrative: - Unlimited - Access is password protected - Administrator must be able to load an HTML newsletter to be issued to be automatically submitted to brides 4 days after pricing request is submitted, and again at the discretion of the administrator. - Administrator may purge duplicate and old brides from roster without manually entering the MySql area. - Administrator must be able to add/delete Platinum and Standard subscribers and define access level of each. Platinum Dealer/Subscribers - Access is password protected - Access to all areas listed under Standard Dealer/Subscribers, plus the ability to filter mailing labels by a [wedding_date] range (from – to) and print the address lables(name, address, city, state & zip) on standard #5160 Avery® brand mailing labels. Filter does not affect the database, only the current mailing batch process. - May add email notifications to leads. When a lead arrives in the database, it will be forwarded to platinum members that opt to have this done. Standard Dealer/ Subscribers - Access is password protected - Access to brides requests. Must be able to sort all requests by the following categories: Name, State, Designer, Wedding Date, Submission Date. - By clicking on the email address in the main inquiry table, the Dealer's default mail application program will load the email address and bride's name in the address bar, and the words “Your pricing request on your [designer]+[style_number] dress - Dealers may view thumbnails of uploaded photos. Photos are to be 60 pixels wide and are to produce a larger image upon clicking on the photo. Large photos are to be displayed no more than 1 at a time and are to be viewed in a separate widow that is available without browser header data or toolbars. Brides - Access is unrestricted unless multiple posts are made. See below - Submits pricing request. - Cookie must restrict submissions to 3 per session. If multiple requests are made, visitor will be asked to return in 24 hours. - The forms each need an anti-spam feature like CAPTCHA using at least 5 digits like [url removed, login to view] (5 digit image) You are to include the cost of providing and installing a script like CAPTCHA in your bid. - 4 days after submission, bride receives email of most recent HTML newsletter stored in site. Database Properties - The [wedding_date] cannot be more than 2 years away. This will return the bride to resubmit her request. - All requests will be deleted on their respective [wedding_date] - The subscribers (dealers) will not be allowed to share username/passwords. If a user is logged on, the system should disable additional logins. - Logout should occur after 60 minutes of inactivity. - Brides will have the ability to upload photos from their computer or from a site. Photos must be smaller than 65kb. It would be ideal to view a similar working system the bidder has developed before the project is authorized, but not required. 50% payment will be made upon project completion and the remaining 50% will be paid immediately upon successful 30 day testing of system. If major bugs are encountered in the testing period, the 30 day testing period will begin again. Minor modifications with no loss of data are acceptable.
