Matchmaking site revision (PHPizabi)

We are currently a 70+ member exclusive 'singles-only' site looking to update the design to be 'uniform' from frontend page to search features.
We would like the site to be completely revamped to OUR specifications using existing software.
The overall goal is to make the site look clean, user-friendly, functional, and not look like a 'boxed software'.
If selected bidder performs to time/design constraints, there are two other projects that will be offered to them upon completion and satisfaction of first project.
We are looking for professional designers who can provide valid sites that they themselves designed. If youjust desing for fun, this project might be too big for you (I designed the current frontend myself in three days).
Overall, the finished product should be something along the lines of Yahoo Personals meets Match.com.
This is not a cloning project. We expect the final design to be perfect, as I am a perfectionist.
As far as marketing goes, I also do the marketing for the site. On average, we are receiving over 12,000 hits to the site, but only have 70 members. I'm pretty certain it's not the frontend design, but who knows.
