Overview: [url removed, login to view] is on an osCommerce platform, with Website Payments Pro. It’s hosting package is Hostway eCommerce Gold, but will soon be downgraded to a Standard Gold plan, since we are using the eCommerce shopping cart, not Hostway’s.
I want the customer to get an email after they complete their order to let them know their payment has been received and we are processing the order.
I want the customer to get an email when their order has been shipped.
I want to be able to send an email a few days after they receive their shipment to solicit feedback/testimonials, and possibly offer a promotion.
I want to send an email to a user who aborted the transaction after they put items in their shopping cart and offer them help/ a discount or promotion to complete their order.
I’d like to be able to edit these emails myself and send them manually or automatically.
