CRE Loaded site changes

I have an existing Cre Loaded website and would like the following changes made
1)On catagory list, don't show qty in parenthasis.
2)When you view cart, don't want to show shipping options. Just show flat rate cost that you currently see on the bottom. I only use flat rate shipping.
3)Orange borders changed to same blue as used in the upper right corder of home page.
4)Want the borders that show as 'Rivits' changed to something else, need recomendations.
5)On the right side, the information box has catagories for contact us and gift vouchers FAQ. I don't know how to shut off Gift Vouchers and I can't change contact us?
6)Need to add some random word that person has to enter when submitting a link request. I'm getting a lot of spam link requests.
