Outlook add-on

I would like to extend the functionality of my outlook contact in order to allow me to interact with possibly an MS/Access with the frontend to be outlook. For example, I want to track relationship of one contact with another, being two people work for same employer. Also manage transactions to involve two people, want to document some notes.. facts..etc. Can someone give me an idea and an estimate for this work to be done? no need for db design, I can manage it myself but the interface with the ability to login information into the database is the scope of this project. The end result, I would like to add a button on my contact form which will show me information such as a combo box of all the contacts and selecting the second contact will tie the two people into one transaction. I want to be able then view this transaction looking at person "A" or person "B" contact in outlook. Other ideas are welcome too. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, Outlook 2002 and better.
