Debug and Comment Outlook VBA macro

I would like a Coder to debug and comment the code below. The code in question was produced by a Coder whose early attempts corrupted an Exchange database. I accepted his modified code as a completed project. But before I use this code, I want to know if it is safe, and I’d like some debugging protections that will terminate the macro if it goes into some infinite loop or does some other bad thing . The code in question was produced in response to a request for a VBA macro for Outlook 2003 to execute the steps/option-selections set forth below. 1. File 2. Import and Export 3. Export to a file 4. Personal folder file (.pst) 5. Contacts for Ofc (public folder address book) 6. Insert a filename [strVar] (When I know that the code works, I will modify it to create a strVar that will name the file according to the date, and other info) 7. Select option to: Replace duplicates with items exported (if the file is not a new file.) 8. Select option for no encryption 9. Execute 10. Close Outlook after the pst file has been created. FYI: I plan to create a vbscript macro (the vbscript would be triggered by Task Scheduler at night), and the vbscript would open outlook and cause the vba macro to run. Please tell me if there's anything unwise about this in your opinion. I only want the code. I don't need any exe files. The code in question is the last version that Vikram Kohli sent me.
