Create Payment System for Simple Website

HELLO!! I need coder to create payment system for my website that sells shareware. A) Coder must customize a shopping cart (preferably OsCommerce or similar open-source shopping cart) to allow for administer created coupons (and tracking of these coupons). Custom-built carts are acceptable ONLY if it provides me all the features I desire. B) Coder will need to work alongside me as I obtain contracts with [login to view URL] (gateway) and with a certain payment processor (merchant account) C) Coder must setup automatic registration key showing (based on key generated from customer's input) immediately upon confirmation of payment on BROWSER(instantaneously after customer submits payment) D) Coder must allow for the registration key to be also emailed to the email address provided automatically upon payment confirmation E) Coder to ensure I am provided an easily navigatable customer database where I may easily sort and search customer information based on different criteria F) Coder must instruct me on final installation via uploads and server settings for payment system on my website's server. My software uses a custom key generation program that was written along with the software. Source is available. I have a linux server, and I do not have SSH access. Server does have Fantastico installed and OSCommerce is available Coder must have clear, effective English writing to explain the setup, implementation, and the registration system for my software. Experience with payment systems setup is required.
