Zen-Cart auto send module

Need to make auto send module in zen cart. info inside.

## Deliverables

Hello,

a. My website is working with a Zen-Cart system and I sell digital products that are sent as picture files.

b. All the files that I send to my clients have a number, so it will be easier for me to know later what I have sent to every client.

c. I want a system that will auto send my clients their orders via email.

d. Here is how I think/want that the system will work like:

1. When I post a new product on my website it will give me an option in the listing editor to input the path of the directory (like in the ftp) with the files that are related to this product. Each file = Order.

2. I will upload the files to this directory; each file will be named by a number. For example [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] etc?

3. At the order page I want to see a button that says "send files". After I press that button the system will auto send to the client the amount of products (files) he has requested from the lowest number. For example. A client who bought 2 products from the same type will get files [url removed, login to view] & 102.jpg. Off course that the system will use the path I have mentioned in step 1 as the folder to take the files from.

4. Files should be sent by an email to the client (Client gives his email on the order). Subject should be like the listing name. The body of the email will be simple like "thank you for buying from?" If the same order contains 2 types of products then it will send 2 different emails. Each type of product should be an email.

5. After files are sent, the same files should be auto deleted from the server to prevent a case that the same files are sent to different people.

6. The listing status should be updated to "Sent to buyer" with the file numbers that were sent in the description.

e. Project must be done within a week.
