Neural Networks and Machine Learning algorithims for Predict

This project involves artificial intelligence prediction of stock market symbols. It will require the integration of two separate projects. One project is complete working forecasting program with solution set. The other project donates about 10 algorithims that can be called into the first project that has working code and solution set. Thus , this is a project requiring someone with excellent integration skills, someone who can make codes modular and extensible. You will essentially be making a modular algorithimic core. You will be calling in a technical indicator library dll with 120+ functions, you will be responsible to make an extensive beautified reporting module of predictions.
