WORDPRESS: Ad sub menu - gallery page - Google optimalizing

Please let me know how much it is to make these alterations to my site.

- Optimize website for better finding/ higher ranking on Google!

- TOP MENU of my site a menu with submenu (make it with drope-down menu ) just like the MAIN MENU.

- Page to website that displays banners like attached exact like this site: [login to view URL]

But then in style as [login to view URL] site.

So this include listing

CURRENT REQUEST QUEUE (requested banners),

LATEST MINI SERIES BANNERS (latest banners that went online)

A-Z Menu to find banners with the GO TO TOP ( See image)

Each banner with a small html area besides it just like example website

Page have to be automatic, when I upload files on FTP the automatically come on site/or via administrator upload page (only for main administrator of wordpress site)... So theirs is some programming involved!
