WordPress Blog Re-Design

Looking for a designer with some php/programming link building skills to re-design a WordPress Blog. Must be very familiar with creating WordPress Blogs. This project is 70% complete, with the main templates already designed. Requires creative graphic design skills being fluent in Photoshop. Additionally, knowledge of php, os ecommerce and basic script installation will be required.
You must be able to complete this project with 5 business days from the awarding of the contract.
Must be reliable and able to be reached via phone or IM during normal business hours. Also must be fluent in English.
We have several other blogs that we will be launching so the ideal person will continue to work with us based upon skill sets, reliability and turn around time and quality of work.
