Sales Force Automation/CRM Web Application

I am seeking a coder/web developer to build an industry specific web application and membership site. 1)A shopping cart and member payment system is needed. 2)This site will receive data from forms on various lead capture sites. (I am fully capable of developing these sites, but the coding required to retrieve the data is part of the project) 3)This site will take these captured leads and dispurse them to the appropriate local dealerships (local to the prospect) via the web application. The dealership can print these leads out or download them in a file suitable for an auto-dialer data sorce. 4)The sales lead data will also merge into a SFA/CRM system where; a)It will be cross referrenced against a database for previous sales appointments. b)It must be trackable by its source, time/date it was generated, etc. c)Information about the prospect (Sales Lead) must be updated at several junctures ('CRM' ie: Call Center Rep assigned and result, Sales Rep assigned and result, Sale details, etc.) and all information stored in a relational DB accessable by various quieries. d)The application must have integrated Sales Force Automation with a back office tracking stats. e)The back office should have permission settings and password authorization. f)The application should handle inventory management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, Employee time tracking, and payroll management if possible. 5)When a dealer becomes a member they will get a customizable replicated website as a portal. 6)The web application has to be capable of Document distribution and merging information from profiles into preset fields in these documents. 7)I will need a content management/member management controll panel. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I prefer PHP, but am open to any language.
