EZ Smaller Project

Need a professional user friendly program created to do some simple yet accurate things. Program needs to be capable of accepting account activity from other enties I do business with, I am able to dnld my acct activity into a excel sheet now.

I want this to be a stand alone program. It must be able to handle inventory, minor accounting functions that will be geared towards the type of business. Shipping, email, and listing advertisements. Will need at least a dozen or so template designs and I believe this to be a very simple small program.

I know it could be created using Access, however, I want it in a stand alone program that will work on all window operating systems.

Security will need to be a part of this program, as I do not want unauthorized copies being distributed.

I really need to have this project completed as soon as possible, anyone who is a good programmer can complete this project pretty quickly as in less than a couple of weeks for sure if not a few days.

I am new this site, not sure exactly how to describe what I want by typing here. So please bare with me.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
