158384 Pdf From Database

Yet Another project.

This is what I need

I have a database with a bunch of info in it.

Name, address, zip, city, state, ect...

And I have about 100 PDF forms.

Now, I want to have a script i can login to that shows me all the info in my database, i can sort all the info and so on. Now, next to each persons name i need a drop down box, when i click that drop down box it shows me all my fillable PDF forms. Now, when i select one i want it to open the PDF with all the info populated in the pdf, so i can just press print and print it.

Heres the deal. I know this will take work, I am going to modify all the forms myself accourding to what you tell me to do.

All i need you do to is show me example on your end and i will hire you for job.

Here is the very small sample i would like to see.

I need a form where i can enter my 1st name, last name, phone number, address, city, state.

then i want to click a "submit button"

that will then submit to a database

i want to then be able to view the information i submitted and there will be a drop down box next to it and i want to click the drop down box and select a pdf form then i want to click "generate pdf" and i want it to generate the PDF.

This will be a huge project and i need to see sample so i don't have to make project over 1000 times b/c of programmer who can't deliver.
