PHP Software: Fixed Asset MS (with depreciation)

Full source code and installation is needed 4. Milestones will be in 4 parts, 30% for DB and interface design, 30% for functional app, 30% for deployment , 10% for training and handover of documents I need a Fixed Asset System Developed in core PHP. The system will be used to perform the following tasks. The usage of the of system Basic Task of Asset tracking o To register all fixed assets for a company and her subsidiary companies o Upload of Invoices, purchase order and payment receipts. o Register the Supplier(company that supplied that asset), vendor(company/person that maintain the asset), asset brand and serial number o Track where is the asset now and who is using it o Track Expenses of the asset ( such as maintenance of vehicle or Office air-conditioner) Depreciation for each asset based on the category (example vehicle will be depreciated 20% annually, so all assets that falls under this category will have depreciation each year). When asset is disposed o Track Cost (Purchase Value), Accumulated Depreciation and Netbook value of the asset
