Integrate iBill payment gateway into PHPfox

Create and install an add-on to Integrate the iBill payment gateway API into PHPfox v. 2.0.7 community social networking script and the iBill Credit Card payment system for recurring subscriptions. (API docs attached.) The iBill system has a youtube video explaining how it also creates the buttons for different subscription rates. Will also need written Instructions for installing in future scripts and for making changes in pricing for future.
