Capture, save tracking units data through gprs (tcp/udp) and publish on website

Project:Live tracking solution on website. Objective: [login to view URL] tracking devices on map live using google map Features required: 1. Perform geo-fence (Leaving and entering). Be able to send SMS when GPS tracker leave or enter radius point, say 5km.(Must be able to adjustable radius).Screen alerts/email generation when geo-fencing occurs will be useful but not neccessary for pilot phase 2. Save all data from tracking unit into SQL 3. Set and obtain speed of vehicle 4. Insert google street view tool to view area where vehicle is 5. Show vehicle position with drop icon+ trailing drop icons to indicate direction and movement 6. Google map must allow for user to customise point of interest, say mark a school on the map. This POI must be only applicable to our pc/server and not on internet google.
