TITLE: Stock securities Comparison / Analysis
Requirements:
a) Need to know math and basic knowledge of stocks nasdaq/NYSE
b) LAnguage: C++ or Perl or PHP (preferable perl for this one)
c) Needs to be on ICQ/ AIM/ or yahoo for instant contact !! must
d) Can get the project done quickly
e) RELIABLE!
f) Offshore programmer is good
$50-75 because most of the script is made. Will have more better projects
once this is done
I will have a partially made script you can take the functions of
retrieving data from yahooo from it , it is coded in perl.
This will be a test project (paid of course), more projects will be
provided once we know both are reliable :)
Description:
Download the historical data from YAHOO historical data

Download the Symbol I input for comparison.
We will compare 2 things in this first small script
1) The percent Gain/Drop for each day NASDAQ | Inputted Stock
2) Highlight the big drop or gain days Over 3% (user specified)
3) Ratio of the drop
NASDAQ dropped 1% Inputed stock HPQ (compaq) dropped 3%
Ratio: 1:3
4) Average drop ratio for this month
Average drop ratio for 6 months
5) List out the comparison table on one page with all the dates like
NASDAQ HPQ

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
