Php Deals Site Creation/Modification using Pligg or PHP(including database features)

I am looking to create a deals based PHP or Pligg(open source CMS) based website that looks as good as [login to view URL] and functions like [login to view URL] and the pligg based Dealigg. Key features that I am looking for are: A front page that offer both a grid and row view. RSS feeds Custom submit section that allows users to upload a photo of the product,a link,a description, the original price of the item, the discount price, a special link to any coupon or special offers, a problem button where users can submit problems, an expiration date, and more. I would suggest that you sign up to both [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to go thru the entire submit and vote process to see if you can handle this project. I want it to have a special section that lists the items expiring first towards the top and the ones expiring last towards the bottom. I would also like to have my affiliate link override any affitliate link that is submitted from major web retailers like [login to view URL],best buy, newegg, and such. I would like to have the submit deal form be customizable to the type of item that is being submitted. If you are submitting a clothing item, i would like you to have a drop down with sizes and color. If you are submitting an item from an auction, I would like you to be able to pull down a menu that lets you select AUCTION,DIRECT,or AFFILIATE. I would like the comments pages to have links to other related items and affiliate web ads. I would like each user to be able to sign up and have a custom profile that keeps tracks of all items submitted and voted on. I am basically looking for a [login to view URL] clone with some of the functionality modified towards a somewhat different viewer. I want to create a Dealspl.us-like site that is focused towards females who are active online. This description does not list all of the items that i am looking for. This project does not require the use of the open source Pligg CMS software, but I think that it would make it easier for the coder to start off with it and develop it around Pligg. Pligg uses the Smarty template system, so that is a bonus. Most of the features that I am looking for are already built into PLIGG and you would only have to modify the template and some PHP to get the results that I am looking for.
