Need Joomla Expert ( Re-post)

I have a joomla template done by one of the joomlancers but he didnt do a good job. So I need a joomla expert who can do High Quality job with a Fast turn-around time to help me to do the following : 1. Integrate 4 levels menus css using JA Trans Menu V2.0, Flying down from the main menu - Module is already installed. 2. Setup/configure scrolling text news ( moving upward ) - NewsFlash Scroller Pro Mod is already installed. 3. Setup/configure sliding menu/collapsible menu like the menu on [login to view URL] (4 level deep of sub menus ) on the training pages section using Jquery Slider JP mod. Module is already installed. 4. Fix template code to css/xhtml valid 5. Fix some alignments, paddings and gap problems in IE7 / FF / IE6 6. Change the font colors 7. Fix the active menu for the training section 8. Replace header image with flash animation ( Flash file will be given later. ) 9.
