Our company, in partnership with an online obituary service, seeks to contract work for the design, layout, and front-end coding (HTML, CSS, JS) for a mobile optimized website.
This website would be used exclusively on mobile devices, including iOS and Android.
The estimated number of primary pages to be created is six, comprised of:
? Product Selection
? Product Details
? Card Message
? Recipient Information
? Payment Information
? Confirmation
The above list does not include any pop-ups, error messages, or auxiliary content that may be required in the scope of work.
# Budget and Time Requirements
Bids should be between $7,500 and $12,500 with an estimated completion time of less than 30 days.
A schedule will be required as part of the proposal, detailing estimated start date, art/design review and acceptance, code deliverables, and testing period.
# Scope
The proposal will consider the following primary deliverables:
? Art and Design direction (excluding product images which will be provided)
? All HTML, CSS, and JavaScript elements required, including AJAX routines with accompanying PHP scripts
Blooms Today will be responsible for the integration of the front-end code into our own ordering systems and payment processing.
All mobile pages should be created in HTML 5 using CSS3 for layout.
While the site should be accessible in a desktop browser it should be designed first and foremost for mobile.
## Deliverables
# Page Details
### Product Selection
A single column page comprised of a product image, followed by price and name, with a "Select" button beneath it, arranged so that scrolling vertically reveals up to 20 different products.
There should be a simple navigation bar at the top that displays a small "lock" image to give the impression of safety and secure ordering (top left), and a title.
### Product Details
A larger picture with associated descriptive text wrapped around it, including a display of its price. A simple "Purchase" button should be available on the page.
The navigation bar should now show a back button (iPhone style) in the top left, and have a title (product name).
### Card Message
This page will act much like the original Product Selection, but instead of images contain boxes of pre-written text containing pleasant messages. Each box will be followed by a shorter text box containing "Click to write your name here" (this is the signature line)
There should be three "standard" message boxes, followed by a final and fourth one that says "Click to write custom message".
### Recipient Info
This page will contain a form with the recipient's information. In our case, this will most likely be the funeral home itself, and we will expose an API that will prepopulate the fields once the front-end code is delivered.
We will seek to simplify this page as much as possible.
### Payment Information
This page will have a form for the basic billing information for the order, as well as a short review of the prices (a simple shopping cart with only one item).
### Confirmation
A final page that summarizes the successful order details and provides the reference number and contact information.
