168097 layout redesign

Hello all: Simple project. Part 1: priority Need a new layout design for a phpmotion site. Have stills of the layout design, only coding required Site Navigation to be based on Mootools slider menu framework mootools .net, this framework needs to be incorporated onto the script for the navigation requirements. MUST be able to work with the template system that this script uses. * Ajax * PHP * XHTML * CSS * Graphic Design Part 2: not a big priority but if affordable will consider Incorporate the option to have the sites content RSS. Can't really explain it other than allow for the the content to be fetched from my site via-RSS Part 3: Not a big job but if the project taker is willing will outsource this task to winner. Rewrite Urls for categories and members and groups for seo.
