Integrate design into Prestashop CMS

Dear Freelancers! We need to get a design in PSD files integrated to Prestashop v. 1.4.4.1. A lot of the functions are standard in Prestashop but there are a few functions that need to be coded: The three banners on the frontage should be with text and not just as a image. If the product ”subscription” is choosen, the e-væsker(e liquid) should show the available e liquids from the products page and when clicked, it adds to cart to 0,- DKK with a predefined maximum amount of liquids and an alert dialog box if the customer choosed too many or few amount of liquids. If a customer buys a e cigarrette by a subscription, the customer has to be forced to create an account. Count down timer with a target time(should be editable in back end) If a product is out of stock, the customer should be able to subscribe to get an alert when the product is back on stock. The delivery should be 0,- DKK if a customer buys a product by subscription. Make a blog function(could be a regular text page with the possibility of comments) and star rating. A link on checkout page that posts a predefined text with a voucher code on the customers wall on facebook and gives the customer a discount if they choose to. The cart should slide as the user scrolls on the page. Free delivery if the customer buys for a predefined amount When we start the project, we will have a talk on Skype and Teamviewer(remote support software) to give you a detailed introduction to the webshop functions and design.
