Full time PHP developer on monthly basis with Facebook apps experience

We are looking for someone to build out our design files. We need to build the product with features and functionality to provide the best marketing results and create a reusable web-based SAAS tool for our customers. This individual needs to be able to manage themselves based on direction given over our Project Management system and is required to attend a daily call with "state-side" company. ## Deliverables **About the company:** We are a well established company in the internet maketing, sales and SAAS industry. We have a lot of success in the Facebook marketing world. We have large clients clients, so our system will have thousands of users very quickly. The developments we are making using the Facebook Open Graph platform is truly something to get excited about. About the position: We have grown and are looking for an experienced developer to build several simple, yet powerful web apps. We are looking for someone to build out our design files. We need to build the product with features and functionality to provide the best marketing results and create a reusable web-based SAAS tool for our customers. This individual needs to be able to manage themselves based on direction given over our Project Management system and is required to attend a daily call with "state-side" company. Character traits we are looking for: * Can see a project through to completion * Understands & delivers quality work * Can speak and write effective English * Is excited to stay updated on current and new technologies * Is interested in FaceBook and marketing apps Required technical skills: * Strong familiarity with these core technologies: PHP, MySQL, Javascript (incl. AJAX and <!-- --> * frameworks like jQuery and ExtJS) * Experience with object oriented programming techniques, MVC and open source * Frameworks like CodeIgniter * Can monitor and optimize Linux server performance, administer a MySQL database and * Set up and tweak an Apache webserver * Can take a PSD document and quickly create valid W3C Compliant CSS/XHTML from it * Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to our product Preferred Experience: * 2+ years experience in building SAAS products in the Facebook Marketing niche <!-- --> * Has developed at least 4 or 5 Facebook applications that are currently in production. * Has experience with Facebook page creator, social analytics, social media automation strategies, social media management platforms Compensation: * Full time: 40 - 60 hours a week Daily Call: * You should be in a position to to participate in a daily Skype call with the rest of the development team at 9:00 AM Pacific time (US) **Please post a fixed monthly amount as bid.**
