Shipping Module Enhancement for CRE Loaded B2B Version

I need a shipping module and Sales Tax fix for the CRE Loaded B2B as follows: 1. if customer purchase any items that is ups able and it is less then XXX dollar set by user then the shipping fee is XXX dollar set by user. 2. if customer purchase any items that is ups able and it is more than xxx dollar set by user then the shipping is free. 3. if customer purchase any items tht is not ups able and it is less then xxx dollar set by user, shipping fee is xxx percent set by user then the shipping fee is xxx dollar. this should have a range up to 10, including the last range is free shipping. Note: currently there is not field for ups or not ups available when loadind the product or item using epa-advance. you well see it. we are consider for you to come up with a logic that can calculate ups and not ups able items compound. but if you lacked the skill then we can settle with just not ups able item be calculate as shipping fee. ==================================================================== tax is not working correctly, althought the database already be created by cre loaded b2b. certain zone is taxable and other is not. it needs to be fix so that is when there tax rate and that tax zone or state is selected the sales tax need to apply correctly. note: this project has two parts. prefer the shipping be complete first. if you are bidding on partial project you need to specify. your experienced with cre loaded is required. if you had never use or work with it. please understand the software first before bidding on this project. note: i already paid someone for shipping fee module and that person can deliver so please bid only if you can do the job and get it rights. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- People, YOU NEED TO SPECIFY WHAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON.
