I have added and modified my Oscommerce webshop a lot by adding different contributions.
The webshop works fine except that I would like some online or offline application with a good interface able to do the following:
A-Pricelist Import
- Automatic Daily Import Pricelists from suppliers (URL & FTP)
- Compare New Pricelist with our old pricelist and determine New and Deleted products. (When ‘Deleted’ then automatically delete product from Mysql database from Oscommerce website)
B- Script for extracting (Optional, this is not urgent)
- Write a small script to extract price information from multiple url from only 1 single price comparison website.
C- Daily Pricing
-Update price for each products based on conditions for example: Stock>0, lowest supplier price, apply margin %, etc etc
-Randomize specials
D- Full Management of orders
- Full control thru new interface of each single product ordered by customer: ‘To Order’ ‘Ordered’ ‘Cancelled’ ‘Available’ ‘Delivered’ ‘Returned’ ‘Paid’ ‘Order on Hold’ etc etc
- Fully searchable by ordernummer, product number, customer name, status etc etc
- Match products to be ordered from supplier by condition for example: Cheapest supplier, Stock>0,delivery time etc etc
- Make distinction between pickup order and shipping order
- Able to keep small administration (customer to refund, customer comments,) when I type an order number I can view, add and modify any available information.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask. I have this already working but manually thru a small Delphi application and some MS Access database with semi automatic import of the pricelists. Any suggestions are welcome! GOOD LUCK.
