No teams accepted. Full-Stack Senior PHP Web Developer PART TIME POSITION GUARANTEED ONE TIME FIXED BID PAY UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT This is not a commissioned based job. You are not selling anything. Job Summary Positions Available: 7-8 Location: Work from home Duration: 1 year with renewal additions per following years up to 6 years. This is a guaranteed fixed pay position of $20.00 (Proves this is a paid job). Below are bonus pay options: Bonus Pay Option: Pay: Max 0.5% annual business profits up to capped $333,000 guaranteed through a contract drafted by an international lawyer of the team’s choice. Here are the choices up to 1 year availability and you choose: 5 hours a day (20 hours a week) = $333,000 at 0.5% 4 hours a day (16 hours a week) = $300,000 at 0.5% 3 hours a day (12 hours a week) = $200,000 at 0.33% These bonus are paid depending on how long you remained within the time frame of your contract. You redeem a percentage of your total when you reach milestones. Work Type: Keep your day job. This is an "off work," position for Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only. The Web Developer is joining a new venture start-up team to be involved in developing a pioneering intellectual property website. This website fills a huge market gap and is predicted to be highly profitable. The web developer will provide a role to conceptualize, design, and program the front and back ends. Knowledge: Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer science, Web development, or related filed or Associates degree plus equivalent experience. 4+ years of related work experience to include website and web applications development and multimedia development experience in a corporate or commercial setting. Required Skills not limited to, but includes: PHP, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, MySQL,… PHP Expert/Professional Adobe Photoshop Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written MS Suit Responds to emails within 24 hours. Sooner the better. Must be available to meet unexpectedly on Skype during the hours that you work on this project. Must have knowledge in computing servers and ability to research them. Must be willing to do tasks other than what is in the ad when asked. Required to work assigned hours in hourly management style per week. There is no objective management in this project. Have leadership ability.
