A drupal site currently exists implementing very basic form-based logging of data currently implemented using books to group different forms to one ‘case’ on one of the sites. The site needs to be improved, focusing on security, automated task assigning and management, reporting and professional appearance. Specifically:

1. GUI must be improved to be highly professional

2. Different user groups must be created for admin, case managers (who can input and edit info) and reviewers (who can view statistics and read cases, but not edit) – different dashboard for each.

3. Graphing/Charting module must be implemented allowing graphing of a variety of statistics in different formats (pie, bar, trend etc.) (details of all graphs/trends required will be provided)

4. Format of graphs and data being charted must be easily editable through an advanced user UI.

5. Statistics from the database must be easily downloadable as .csv files

6. Statistics ‘Dashboard’ must be implemented showing the latest statistics as graphs and tables, which gets updated with each case (i.e. ‘live’ or ‘real time’)

7. Printable and emailable pdf and doc reports must be produced, allowing selection of which data/statistics to report on

8. Advanced search for previous data entry 'files' must be implemented

9. Different dashboard/home page for each case manager to view only cases pertaining to them, grouped as 'completed' 'in progress' 'pending'

10. Cases and child pages must be easily viewable for all information and easy to select for update/input of info.

11. Very secure data storage, user log-ins and data entry must be implemented

12. System must sync to an inbox, to collect emails, assign them to users on a rotational basis, and email their personal inboxes to notify them of tasks.

13. System must allow for automatic and manually set reminders for completion of tasks based on date entries on the forms. Reminders to be sent as emails.
